Returns & Exchange Policy

No exchange or return is accepted for size-related issues. Customers are requested to carefully check the bangle size before placing the order.

Opening video is mandatory for damage claims. Customers must record a continuous, unedited opening video of the package, starting from the sealed package and clearly showing the product after opening.

Any damage claim without a proper opening video will not be eligible for a replacement or exchange.

Damage or incorrect-product claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging, wherever applicable.

Exchange/replacement is subject to verification and approval by Rithanya Jewels.

Important: Please check your bangle size carefully before ordering, as size issues are not eligible for exchange.
